Really good Location and Helpful Service

The location is fabulous, just a short walk from the seafront. The tower, tram stops, bus stops, and shops are very close. Rooms are clean with ensuite showers that are roomy. they have plenty of hot water. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The room decor felt a little bit depressing with dark gray walls.

fresh towels good location good value dark hallway torn wallpaper chipped paint
the room was clean and it had fresh towels. the hotel location is good for the tower and shops. i thought it had good value for the switch on weekend. the room was useful as a base.
the hotel was old. the hallway seemed dark when i entered. the wallpaper was torn and the paint was chipped. there was no wardrobe space in my room.

a GEM in the heart
ample space comfortable bed tea coffee welcome feeling
the room offered ample space and a comfortable bed. i LOVED seeing the tower light up outside the window each night. the kettle and tea and coffee supplies were definitely very useful. i felt welcome during my entire stay, a sweet memory.

daily towels clean room attentive staff
The staff were attentive. They helped. The room was clean and tidy, a real sanctuary after a day of exploring. Fresh towels were provided daily in the bathroom. A simple touch made a real difference.
The lift seemed slightly slow at times. it never caused a significant delay.

surprisingly great stay!
ample space comfortable bed close attractions
The room provided ample space. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and close to attractions! It was so NICE to see the Tower outside our window at night light up. A kettle plus tea and coffee were provided, nice to have. I felt very welcome.
The entrance was REALLY dark. To get to our room was a pain as I had to climb 3 floors of stairs.

Really good Value Near the Tower
fabulous location clean room spacious shower excellent value
The location is FABULOUS for access to everything! It's just a minute's walk to the seafront, the iconic Tower, tram and bus stops. The rooms are well kept and clean. The ensuite showers are spacious, and there's plenty of hot water. I found really good good value , even more nice.
I noticed the shower was quite loud. It would be helpful to look into it!
